RETURN POLICY
H & H New Creations & JohnnieElla reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if terms are not met. Coupons, H & H Bucks, or discount cards do not apply to sale or clearance items or on specialty priced items including bulk pricing. Any deposit put down will be forfeited if cancelled. Non-refundable Deposit is required at time of order of at least 1/2 of the total due. All items need to be4 paid off in 2 weeks after product has arrived or order has been completed. After 2 weeks the order can and will be cancelled by H & H New Creations if other arrangements hace not been agreed upon and all monies will be forfeited by said party as a restocking fee, and products will be placed back in stock. We wil consider trade or store credit for equal or greater value as long as items have not left our building, if you become dissatisfied with the merchandise. NO REFUNDS will be issued in ANY CASE. ALTERATIONS ARE ADDITIONAL unless otherwise discussed with store owners. NO EXCEPTIONS. All products must be PAID IN FULL before ANY alterations are started. IF personalization is being done, 1/2 done must be paid before work is started. NO product will leave the store without PAYMENT IN FULL. All layaways must be paid within 4 months or before use date whichever occurs first, if not paid in full at that time, customer forfeits product and deposit. Any pictures taken at or given to H & H become property of H & H and can be used as we see fit, including but not limited to advertisements, instagram, Facebook, or our website.

NO RETURNS ON ALL PROM AND BRIDAL GOWNS WILL BE EXCEPTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. We reserve the right to make exceptions as we deem fit. Exchanges will only be allowed if item is in perfect condition with original tags still attached still in original packaging. Item cannot have been around SMOKE, VAPE or PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. H & H and JohnnieElla reserve the right to determine if an exchange can be made. WE WILL ONLY OFFER AN EXCHANGE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE as long as dress meets the criteria above. NO EXCEPTIONS.
