*in the extremely unlikely event that you recieve an item that does not match your order confirmation(style #,size,color) an exchange will be honored.

Quick Ship items will ship within 7-14 days from the designer+shipping time
Out of Stock items-If a bridesmaid dress these items typically ship in 12-14 weeks+shipping time. Prom/Formalwear please call for availability(not all prom dresses can be special ordered).
